1. Acceptance of terms
By using MaxHP you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
4. User-generated builds
When you submit a build — specs, modifications, parts, photos, videos or any other content — you confirm you own or have the right to share it, and you grant MaxHP a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and feature that content on the site, including on pages linked to YouTube features. You remain the owner of your content.
Submitted builds go through a moderation workflow. MaxHP may review, reject, publish, feature or remove any build at its discretion.
5. Acceptable use
- Don’t submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or not yours to share.
- Don’t post others’ personal data without permission.
- Don’t attempt to access, disrupt, or overload the site or its systems.
- Don’t use the site to spam or distribute malware.
6. Content accuracy
Build pages — including specs, prices, parts and affiliate links — are submitted by users. We don’t guarantee their accuracy. Always verify before relying on any specification or purchasing any part.
7. Affiliate links
Some links on build pages are affiliate links. See our Affiliate Disclosure. Third-party retailers and products are not endorsed or guaranteed by MaxHP.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaxHP is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on user-submitted content.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction / state / country]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [jurisdiction].
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
